A common statement in the photography world: newborn photos can only be done within the first 12 days (some say 14).  Although it is true that newborns still feel the comfort of the womb in the early weeks, patience is vital.  I have seen many older newborns ranging from 3-11weeks.  The sessions can most certainly be more challenging as babies begin to become more alert and even active.  Adam's mom contacted me when he was close to 6.5 weeks.  We got him in for his newborn session a few weeks later.  I was skeptical that we would be able to capture sleepy baby poses but as we got through his session, Adam slept like a champ and even gave us some adorable alert awake shots towards the end of his session.  

Welcome to my blog, I am a professional newborn photographer in the Brampton area.  

This blog is dedicated to Rashan, my nephew.  It is very honourable when a family member chooses to have you photograph their baby.  It means they truly value your work and appreciate your talent.  Growing up Cindy (Rashan's mother and my cousin) was always referred to as "princess" or "Cinderella" by her mom and dad so it only seemed fitting that we incorporated a "little prince" concept into his newborn photos.  I normally see newborns in the morning but we shifted for an evening to make it work, initially Rashan was a little fussy but once he settled we were able to get some beautiful photos in and lets just take a minute to just check out those baby cheeks!!!

Hello and thank you for stopping by my blog.  I am a newborn photographer in the Brampton, Caledon and Mississagua area.  I see newborn clients from all across the GTA, today's blog feature is Mya Vanessa.

Mya Vanessa's parents were referred to me by a fellow newborn photographer who happens to be a mutual friend of both mine and Zabrina's (Mya Vanessa's mom), it is an absolute honour when another photographer trusts and believes in your work to refer a close friend.  I also love when my client's let me play with colours and we were able to utilize mints, purples and creams!  Anyone who knows me, knows I love mint and purples together.  It is one of my favourite colour combinations.  May Vanessa's mom is a designer and she crafted this beautiful tutu that she wore for her newborn photos, dad also plays base so we incorporated a photo of Mya Vanessa with his base which was a little more of a challenge but we were able to safely get the image.  Baby's safety is always a top priority and nothing that jeopardizes baby's safety in studio is ever done.  Mya Vanessa's dad, Beres was an amazing spotter and assistant for all of our prop shots!  Check out some of the incredible images we created below. 

Whats New for 2019? Precious Moments Photography by Natasha Samaroo is proud to announce I will now be offering in home lifestyle newborn sessions.  These are a twist from my usual Newborn Photos and captures baby in the natural environment during his or her first days at home.  We utilize the space in your home, natural window light, couches, beds, nursery to capture those early moments.  The moments you want to remember: cradling your newborn baby, the sweet kisses, those tiny fingers and tiny toes.

I am catering to the: Brampton, Caledon, Mississagua area.  If you are elsewhere please email me at: info@pmphotography.  Some areas may be subject to an additional travel fee.

For an additional fee, a basic newborn setup can be added.  This includes newborn wrapped and placed in fur rug, prop.  Only basic sets such as these may be included in home sessions as props etc... require additional packing, loading and unpacking.

Hello and Welcome to my photography blog.  I am a newborn photographer at the Brampton and Caledon border. My studio is located in Southfield Village.  I specialize in newborn, baby, family, child, and cake smash photography.  

Meet Lianna, we did these images for her when she was 9 days old.  She was as precious as could be.  Lianna was one of my model calls to specifically work on the baby in a bucket poses you see below.  She was an amazing sleeper and we completely nailed this pose and a few others.  Thank you Marie for volunteering to bring her by and thank you Brian on being such an amazing spotter!
